摘  要:2022年上半年,湘钢4号高炉炉况一直处于异常状态,6月下旬炉况失常,频繁发生悬料。通过对装料制度、送风制度、热制度及造渣制度等基本操作制度进行分析,认为热制度不稳定造成了高炉操作炉型被破坏;此外,送风制度、热制度与造渣制度不匹配,导致高炉的操作难度变大,造成热制度、送风制度频繁波动,炉内实际渣相碱度偏高,炉渣流动性变差,炉缸状态恶化,最终导致了炉况波动。恢复炉况的主要方法是补充炉缸热量、增加鼓风动能,同时配加萤石、硅石,降低炉渣碱度和脉石相熔点。The condition of Xiangtan Steel No.4 BF always fluctuates in the first half year of 2022,and it becomes abnormal in late June,and burden hanging happens frequently.It is believed,after analyzing the basic operating systems such as charging system,blasting system,heating system and slagging system,that the unstable heating system impairs the furnace operating profile;and inconsistence of blasting system and heating system with the slagging system toughens the furnace op-eration,resulting in frequent fluctuation of the heating system and blasting system,higher alkaline content of the slag in the furnace,poor fluidity,and deteriorated hearth condition.These factors are the main causes of furnace condition fluctuation.By means of heat make-up in the hearth,enhancing the kinetic energy of the blast,charging fluorite and silica,and reduc-ing alkaline content of the slag and the melting point of gangue phase,the furnace condition reinstates.
