摘  要:对韶钢8号高炉中修停炉及开炉操作改进做了总结。停炉操作中,采用改进炉顶洒水枪、提前预休风、全风量富氧操作降料面、合理控制炉顶温度、精准判断料面位置、出净炉内渣铁等措施,取得了“零崩料、零爆震、零风险”的停炉效果。开炉操作中,采用保证充足的烘炉时间、设置合理的风口参数、优化开炉料的计算、快速回收高炉煤气、精准确定首次出铁时间、铁口埋氧枪、快速富氧喷煤、快速降[Si]等措施,取得了送风3.5h引煤气、20h首次出铁、30h开始富氧喷煤36h全风操作、45h铁水[Si]降至1.0%以下的开炉成绩。Blowout and re-blow on operational improvement in medium maintenance of Shaogang No.8 BF is summarized.In the blow-out operation,some measures are taken,such as adoption of modified top water sprinkler gun,pre-blowout opera-tion,lowering down of stockline under full blast flowrate oxygen enrichment,reasonable control of top temperature,accurate judgment of stockline position,and complete discharge of slag and hot metal heel in the furnace.These measures achieve"zero slipping,zero detonation and zero risk"during blow out operation.In the re-blow on operation,measures such as ensu-ring sufficient furnace preheating time,setting adequate tuyere parameters,optimizing the calculation of materials used for re-blow on operation,fast recovering BFG,accurately determining the first tapping time,inserting oxygen lance to taphole,rap-idly injection pulverized coal under oxygen-enrichment condition,and rapidly reducing of Si content,are implemented,a-chieving the result that the BFC is led to the gas cleaning system in 3.5h after reblow on,the first tap of hot metal is pro-duced in 20h,the pulverized coal is injected under oxygen-enrichment in 30h,full blasting operation starts in 36 h,and[Si]in hot metal is reduced to less than 1.0%in 45 h.
