浅谈高炉重力除尘器吸排罐车卸灰存在的问题及改进

摘　　要：高炉重力除尘器吸排罐车卸灰工艺在应用过程中经常出现堵塞、卸灰不畅、磨损等现象。调研国内多座高炉重力除尘器吸排罐车卸灰状况,发现存在排灰罐放散管及输灰管磨穿、罐顶除尘器布袋龙骨变形、吸排罐车抽灰时间长、输灰橡胶软管寿命短等问题。通过采取控制排灰罐压力、增加氮气管路流量调节功能、提高输灰管道耐磨能力、调整压力控制等措施,进行了设计改进。改进后的重力除尘器吸排罐车卸灰系统,属于新一代全过程密闭卸灰系统,可有效减少高炉污染物的排放。The problems of clogging,unsmooth discharge and pipe wearing are seen frequently during the operation of the pneumatic tank truck for BFG dust collected by the gravity precipitator.By investigating the dust discharge condition of the said trucks used in several domestic blast furnace shops,following problems are found:wear-out of the dust relieving pipe and conveying pipe,deformation of the bag keel of the filter on the tank top,long extraction time of the tank truck,and the short service life of the dust conveying rubber hose.To solve these problems,the dust discharge process of the tank truck un-dergoes a series of improvements,such as regulating the pressure of the discharge tank,setting a new flow regulation function of the nitrogen pipeline,enhancing the wear resistance of the dust conveying pipe,and adjusting the pressure control func-tion.The improved dust discharge system,as a new generation of full-process closed dust discharge system,effectively ena-bles the emission of furnace pollutants reduced effectively.
