摘 要:唐钢以减少污染物生成总量为出发点,结合自身铁矿粉资源的特点,开发研究了低排放、低能耗熔剂性球团矿制备技术。通过实验室基础研究、投笼试验和工业试生产,最终确定了碱性球团矿工业生产配矿方案。碱性球团矿入炉后,三座2922 m^(3)高炉入炉球团矿比例达到40%,通过基本操作制度的优化,探索出了适合高球比冶炼的操作技术,高炉实现长周期稳定顺行,2022年单炉最高日产突破9000t/d,燃料比最低498kg/t。同等生产条件下,唐钢新区烧结和球团工序全年累计减少工序能耗230Mkgce,且球团工序产生的废烟气浓度与烧结工序相比降低了约50%,低碳节能减排效果明显。With aim of reducing the total amount of pollutants generated,the fluxed pellet production technology characterized by low emission and low energy consumption is developed in consideration of conditions of existing fine iron ore resources,and the blending proportion of different kinds of fine iron ores for commercial production of alkaline pellets is finally deter-mined through laboratory research,green ball cage charging test and pilot test.With alkaline pellets used,the proportion of pellets charged to three 2922 m'BFs of Tangshan Steel reaches 40%,and the operational technology suitable for the BF smelting with high pellet rate is developed on the basis of basic operating system optimization;The furnace achieves long-term stable and smooth running with the maximum daily output exceeding 9000t/d per heat and the fuel rate dropped to 498 kg/t minimum in 2022.Under the same production conditions,the annual energy consumption of the sintering and pelletizing process of Tangshan Steel New Area is decreased by 2.3x10°kgce,and the dust concentration in the off-gas generated from the pelletizing process is reduced by about 50%as compared with that from the sintering process,indicating an obvious a-chievement in low-carbon,energy-saving and emission reduction efforts.
