摘 要:基于遗传算法及径向基(RBF)神经网络,建立了包钢8号高炉燃料比预测模型,可得到燃料比最低时布料矩阵的关键特征参数,为布料矩阵优化提供操作指引。在布料矩阵的11个特征参数中,有6个影响燃料比的关键特征参数,以此建立的8号高炉燃料比RBF神经网络模型,预测的相对误差为0.01%,命中率为88.00%。布料矩阵优化结果表明:焦炭外环角扩大到40.87°焦炭外环角度比矿石外环角度大1.17°,矿石角差接近7.01°,焦炭角差达到23.71°边沿焦炭负荷接近3.93,中心焦炭负荷达到1.86,能够在一定程度上克服白云鄂博矿易熔、易凝和难重熔的缺点,为包钢8号高炉降低燃料比创造条件。A prediction model of fuel rate of Baotou Steel No.8 BF is established based on the genetic algorithm and radial basis function(RBF)neural network,from which,it is derived the key characteristic parameters of the burden distribution matrix in case of the lowest of fuel rate.The model provides operational guidance for the optimization of the burden distribu-tion matrix.Among 11 characteristic parameters of the burden distribution matrix,6 key ones dominate the fuel rate,and the fuel rate RBF network model of the said furnace built up based on them boasts a hit rate of 88.00%and relative prediction error of o.01%.According to the optimization results of burden distribution matrix,the outer distribution ring angle of coke increases to 40.87°,which is 1.17 larger than that of the ores;furthermore,the angle difference of ores is close to 7.010 and that of cokes is 23.71°with the edge coke load rate closing to 3.93,and the central coke load rate reaching 1.86.Such distribution maxtrix can compromise the shortcomings of easy melting and solidifying but difficult remelting of Baiyun Obo ores,to some extent,providing the possibility of educing the fuel rate of the furnace.
