摘　　要：乡村治理现代化既是中国式现代化的重要内容,也事关乡村全面振兴。治理主体与治理资源是推进乡村治理现代化的关键要素,激发主体自觉可改善治理局面,加强资源流通能充实治理实践,二者可实现高效互补。强化治理主体和治理资源协同需要遵循“目标耦合”“思维协同”“动力整合”“行动协作”“政策合并”“机制联结”六重逻辑。推进乡村治理现代化应运用激发主体自觉和强化资源流通的整体性思维,明晰乡村治理主体和资源需求、激发主体治理自觉和提高参与能力,持续清除资源流通障碍和强化考核工作。The rural governance modernization is not only an important part of Chinese path to mod-ernization,but also related to the overall revitalization of the countryside.The governance subject and governance resources are key elements in promoting the rural governance modernization.Stimu-lating the subject's consciousness can improve the governance situation,strengthening resource cir-culation can enrich governance practices,and the two can achieve efficient complementarity.Strengthening the collaboration between governance entities and governance resources requires fol-lowing six logical principles:"goal coupling","thinking collaboration","power integration","ac-tion collaboration","policy consolidation",and"mechanism connection".To promote the rural governance modernization,we should use a holistic thinking approach that stimulates the conscious-ness of the main body and strengthens the flow of resources,clarify the main body and resource needs of rural governance,stimulate the main body's governance consciousness and improve partici-pation ability,continuously clear obstacles to resource flow,and strengthen assessment work.
