软坚通络中药湿敷联合硅酮凝胶治疗面部深度烧伤瘢痕的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察软坚通络中药湿敷联合硅酮凝胶治疗面部深度烧伤瘢痕的疗效。方法选取2021年8月至2022年8月面部深度烧伤患者50例,分为观察组和对照组各25例。两组患者于面部创面愈合后即开始抗瘢痕治疗,对照组采用硅酮凝胶外用,3次/d,观察组采用软坚通络中药湿敷联合硅酮凝胶治疗。采用温哥华瘢痕评定量表(Vancouver scar scale,VSS)评分观察患者瘢痕增生及治疗总有效率。结果观察组总有效率96.0%,高于对照组总有效率68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);创面愈合后1、3、6个月观察组患者VSS评分分别为(2.48±0.51)、(1.48±0.65)、(0.88±0.67)分,均低于对照组(2.40±0.50)、(1.92±0.57)分、(1.40±0.57)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相对于单纯使用硅酮凝胶,应用软坚通络中药湿敷联合硅酮凝胶治疗面部深度烧伤后瘢痕的效果更好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of soft firm and unblocking collaterals Chinese medicine wet compress combined with silicone gel in the treatment of facial deep burn scar.Methods 50 patients with deep facial burn admitted to Jiaxing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 25 cases each.The two groups of patients started anti scar treatment after the facial wound healed.The control group used silicone gel for external use,three times a day.The treatment group used soft firm and unblocking traditional Chinese medicine wet compress combined with silicone gel.The two groups of patients used Vancouver scar scale(VSS)to evaluate the patients'scar hyperplasia and the total effective rate of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.0%,which was higher than that of the control group 68%(P<0.05).The VSS scores of patients in the treatment group were(2.48±0.51),(1.48±0.65)and(0.88±0.67)points respectively 1,3 and 6 months after wound healing,which were lower than those in the control group(2.40±0.50),(1.92±0.57)and(1.40±0.57)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the simple use of silicone gel,the application of soft firm and unblocking Chinese medicine wet compress combined with silicone gel has better effect on the treatment of facial deep burn scars,which is worthy of clinical application.
