摘　　要：目的:构建左西替利嗪儿童适宜性评价指标体系,并评价其在儿童中应用的适宜性,为药品临床综合评价工作提供参考。方法:运用文献调查法和专家调研法初步确定儿童适宜性评价指标;采用德尔菲法和层次分析法评价和筛选指标体系并确定指标权重;借助文献调研、问卷调查及药品说明书等,根据适宜性评价指标体系收集各指标证据并进行整合分析;邀请专家依据评价证据进行评分,结合指标权重计算得左西替利嗪颗粒剂和氯雷他定片剂儿童适宜性评价综合得分。结果:该研究成功构建左西替利嗪儿童适宜性评价指标体系,包括2个一级指标、9个二级指标。左西替利嗪颗粒剂的适宜性评价总分为96.13分,氯雷他定片剂为69.33分。结论:左西替利嗪颗粒剂在儿童中应用的适宜性价值高于氯雷他定片剂,可为医疗机构临床合理用药、用药目录遴选及国家药物政策完善提供参考依据。OBJECTIVE To construct the evaluation index system of levocetirizine for children,and to evaluate the suitability of levocetirizine in children,so as to provide reference for clinical comprehensive evaluation of drugs.METHODS First,literature survey and expert investigation were used to determine the evaluation index of children’s suitability.Secondly,the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process were used to evaluate and screen the index system and determine the index weight.Thirdly,with the help of literature research,questionnaire survey and drug instructions,the evidence of each index was collected and analyzed according to the suitability evaluation index system.Finally,20 experts were invited to score according to the evaluation evidence,and calculated the comprehensive score of suitability evaluation for children of levocetirizine granules and loratadine tablets combined with the weight of indicators.RESULTS The suitability evaluation index system of levocetirizine in children was successfully constructed,including 2 first-level indexes and 9 second-level indexes.The total suitability evaluation score of levocetirizine granules was 96.13,and that of loratadine tablets was 69.33.CONCLUSION Levocetirizine granules has higher suitability value than loratadine tablets in children,which can provide reference for clinical rational drug use,drug list selection and national drug policy improvement.
