摘　　要：胡椒碱是在多种胡椒属植物果实中存在的生物碱类物质,具有抗炎、抗癌、抗抑郁及神经保护等药理作用。最新的研究发现,胡椒碱作为一种已知的天然生物利用度增强剂,可通过增强细胞膜通透性、抑制多种药物转运体的外排以及降低共给药物的代谢作用等增强药物疗效。该文综合介绍了胡椒碱增强药物疗效的机制和其联合用药最新进展,以期为胡椒碱的临床应用以及新药研发提供思路。Piperine is an alkaloid substance present in the fruits of various plants of the genus Piper,which has pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory,anti-cancer,anti-depression and neuroprotection.As a known natural bioenhancer,The latest research have found that piperine can enhance the efficacy of drugs by enhancing cell membrane permeability,inhibiting the efflux of various drug transporters,reducing the metabolism of co-administered drugs and so on.This paper comprehensively introduces the mechanism of piperine to enhance the efficacy of drugs and the latest developments in drug combination.In order to provide ideas for the clinical application of piperine and the development of new drugs.
