摘 要:本文研究了废旧机油底(Refined Engine Oil Bottom,REOB)和生物油(Bio-oil,BO)对沥青结合料抗水损害性能的影响,并与常用的石油基芳烃抽出油(Petroleum-based Aromatic-hydrocarbon-extraction-oil,PA)的改性效果进行比较,探究以REOB和BO为代表的绿色可再生油类作为沥青抗水损害性能提升剂的可能性。首先,利用动态流变剪切仪(Dynamic Shear Rheometer,DSR),基于车辙因子、不可恢复蠕变柔量(Jnr)和应变恢复率(R),研究了REOB、BO和PA三种油对沥青高温性能的影响,以避免各类油过度添加降低沥青的高温性能;继而,利用浸水前后沥青拉拔试验(Binder Bond Strength,BBS),研究不同油对沥青抗水损害性能的影响。研究结果表明,添加REOB、BO和PA均对沥青的高温抗车辙性能有一定负面影响,但BO和PA的添加则有益于提升沥青结合料的抗水损害性能。This study investigates the effects of REOB(Refined Engine Oil Bottom)and bio-oil(BO)on the water damage resistance of asphalt binders,and compares their modification effects with commonly used Petroleum-based Aromatic-hydrocarbon-extraction-oil(PA)to explore the possibility of green renewable oils represented by REOB and BO as water damage enhancing agents for asphalt..Firstly,with the employment of Dynamic Shear Rheometer(DSR),rutting factors,non-recoverable creep compliance(Jnr)and strain recovery rate(R)were utilized to evaluate the effect of adding REOB and bio-oil on the high-temperature performance.Secondly,the change value of binder bond strength(BBS)of dry and wet conditions was used to measure the anti-moisture performance,meanwhile the difference of the effect of REOB and bio-oil was compared.The results show that the addition of REOB,BO,and PA has a certain negative impact on the high-temperature rutting resistance of asphalt,but the addition of BO and PA is beneficial for improving the water damage resistance of asphalt binders.
