摘 要:为实现芦河矿煤层大巷的快速安全掘进,在集中回风巷开展了大断面突出矿井煤层大巷掘进支护技术的研究。分析认为,随着巷道断面的增大,成巷后巷道顶板中部极易出现应力集中而发生冒顶,采用常规的锚杆索支护效果不理想。为此提出了桁架锚索支护的方式,分析了其控制机理,确定了支护方案。应用表明,巷道变形明显减小,煤层均无突出危险,可为类似突出煤层大巷的掘进提供参考。In order to realize the rapid and safe excavation of the coal seam roadway in Luhe Mine,the research on the excavation and support technology of the coal seam roadway in the large section outburst mine was carried out in the concentrated return airway.According to the analysis,with the increase of the cross section of the roadway,the stress concentration was easy to occur in the middle of the roadway roof after the roadway was formed,and the roof fall occursed.The effect of conventional bolt and cable support was not ideal.Therefore,the truss anchor cable support method was proposed,its control mechanism was analyzed,and the support scheme was determined.The application showed that the deformation of roadway was obviously reduced,and there was no outburst danger in coal seam,which could provide reference for the excavation of similar outburst coal seam roadway.
