摘  要:陈四楼煤矿南风井采用钻井法施工,虽然设置了可缩装置,但已产生较大变形,井壁受力更为复杂,安全隐患日趋严重,需要评估井壁受力与变形安全状态,预防灾害发生。针对这一情况,介绍了南风井可缩层的设计位置、可缩层的数量、可缩层的承载能力、可缩层的结构设计,研究了钻井井壁变形监测与安全评估技术,建立了井壁受力与变形智能化在线监测系统,及时掌握其受力状态,对其安全状况做出合理评价,达到提前预防突发性井壁破裂灾害的目的,并为井壁破裂灾害治理提供依据,为矿井安全生产提供了有力技术保障,可产生良好的经济效益和社会效益。The south air shaft of Chensilou Coal Mine is constructed by drilling method.Although the retractable device is set up,it has produced large deformation,the stress of the shaft wall is more complex,and the safety hazard is becoming more and more serious.It is necessary to evaluate the stress and deformation safety state of the shaft wall to prevent the occurrence of disasters.In view of this situation,the design position,the number of compressible layers,the bearing capacity of compressible layers and the structural design of compressible layers are introduced.The deformation monitoring and safety evaluation technology of drilling shaft wall are studied.The intelligent on-line monitoring system of shaft wall stress and deformation is established to grasp its stress state in time and make a reasonable evaluation of its safety situation,so as to achieve the purpose of preventing sudden shaft wall fracture disaster in advance.It provides a basis for the treatment of shaft wall fracture disaster,provides a strong technical guarantee for mine safety production,and can produces good economic and social benefits.
