浅谈宫腔镜电切术对子宫内膜息肉患者治疗效果及子宫内膜厚度的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨宫腔镜电切术在子宫内膜息肉患者中的应用效果。方法 方便选取2021年1—12月福建省福州市永泰县医院收治的150例子宫内膜息肉患者为研究对象,按照手术方式不同将其划分为参照组和研究组,各75例。参照组应用统刮宫术治疗,研究组采取宫腔镜电切术进行治疗。比较两组干预前后炎症因子水平、子宫内膜厚度、并发症发生率、围术期指标等。结果 干预后研究组白细胞介素-4、白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α等均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后研究组子宫内膜厚度小于参照组,手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率(1.33%)比参照组(10.67%)低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.792,P<0.05)。结论 宫腔镜电切术的应用,能够降低子宫内膜息肉患者的子宫内膜厚度。同时,此种治疗手段对机体的刺激小,能够减轻患者的炎症反应水平,从而加快其术后恢复的速度,缩短其住院时间。Objective To investigate the effect of hysteroscopic electroresection in patients with endometrial polyps.Methods A total of 150 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to Yongtai County Hospital in Fuzhou,Fujian Prov-ince from January to December 2021 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into control group and study group according to different surgical methods,with 75 patients in each group.The control group was treated with general curettage,and the study group was treated with hysteroscopic electrotomy.The levels of inflammatory fac-tors,endometrial thickness,complication rate and perioperative indexes were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,interleukin-4,interleukin-6,C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-αin the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).After intervention,the endometrial thickness of the study group was smaller than that of the reference group,and the operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay were better than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group(1.33%)was lower than that of the reference group(10.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.792,P<0.05).Conclu-sion The application of hysteroscopic electroresection can reduce the endometrial thickness of patients with endome-trial polyps.At the same time,this kind of treatment has little stimulation to the body,can reduce the level of inflam-matory response of patients,thus speeding up the speed of postoperative recovery,shorten the length of hospitalization.
