摘  要:目的 探讨乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入在支气管肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法 随机选取2021年2月—2023年2月福清市妇幼保健院收治的支气管肺炎患儿200例,按照随机数表法将其划分为两组,每组100例。参照组应用布地奈德雾化吸入方案治疗,研究组在参照组基础上联合乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入疗法治疗。比较两组干预前后的肺功能水平、炎症因子水平、临床相关指标等。结果 干预后研究组呼气峰值流速水平(2.97±0.12)L/s比参照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=16.586,P<0.05)。干预后研究组各项炎症因子水平均比参照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组体温恢复、住院、咳嗽消失、肺部啰音消失用时均比参照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入的应用,能够提高支气管肺炎患儿的肺功能。同时,此种治疗形式可降低炎症反应水平,加快患儿退热速度,改善其咳嗽等症状,雾化吸入给药安全、有效,直达病所。Objective To investigate the effect of acetyl cysteine aerosol inhalation in children with bronchopneumo-nia.Methods 200 hundred children with bronchopneumonia enrolled in Fuqing Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with budesonide aerosol inhalation regimen,and the study group was treated with acetyl cysteine aerosol inhalation therapy based on the control group.The levels of lung function,inflammatory factors and clinical indicators before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the peak expiratory flow rate(2.97±0.12)L/s in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=16.586,P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of various inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time for body temperature recovery,hospitalization,disappearance of cough and disappearance of lung rales in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acetyl cysteine aerosol inhalation can improve the lung function of children with bronchopneumonia.At the same time,this form of treatment can reduce the level of inflammation,accelerate the speed of fever reduction in children,improve the symptoms of cough and other symptoms,atomized inhalation is safe and effective,direct to the disease.
