阿奇霉素联合双唑泰栓在非淋菌性宫颈炎治疗中的应用及对睡眠质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 分析阿奇霉素联合双唑泰栓在非淋菌性宫颈炎治疗中的作用。方法 方便选取2022年6月—2023年6月南平市建阳区妇幼保健院收治的106例非淋菌性宫颈炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为研究组(n=53)和对照组(n=53)。对照组给予阿奇霉素,研究组在对照组基础上给予双唑泰栓,对比观察两组炎性因子水平及症状改善时间、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、睡眠质量。结果 治疗后,研究组肿瘤坏死因子-α(24.61±2.51)ng/L、白细胞介素-8(266.49±43.67)ng/L水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.087、3.527,P<0.001);研究组尿急尿痛、下腹部不适改善时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.482、6.198,P<0.001);研究组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组睡眠质量评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论在非淋菌性宫颈炎治疗中联合使用阿奇霉素及双唑泰栓,能够降低患者炎性因子水平,缩短症状缓解时间,提高临床疗效,从而提高患者的睡眠质量,并且不会增加不良反应,具有一定的安全性。Objective To analyze the role of azithromycin combined with metronidazole clotrimazole and chlorhexidine acetate suppositories in the treatment of non-gonococcal cervicitis.Methods A total of 106 patients with nongonococ-cal cervicitis admitted to the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Jianyang District,Nanping City from June 2022 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into study group(n=53)and con-trol group(n=53)by random number table method.The control group was given azithromycin,and the research group was given diazolamide supposit on the basis of the control group.The levels of inflammatory factors,symptom im-provement time,clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions and sleep quality of the two groups were compared and observed.Results After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(24.61±2.51)ng/L and interleukin-8(266.49±43.67)ng/L in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(t=5.087,3.527,P<0.001).The improvement time of urination urgency,urination pain and lower ab-dominal discomfort in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(t=4.482,6.198,P<0.001).The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the sleep quality score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The combined use of azithromycin and metronidazole clotrimazole and chlorhexidine acetate suppositories in the treat-ment of non-gonococcal cervicitis can reduce the level of patients'inflammatory factors,shorten the time of symptom-atic relief,improve the clinical efficacy,thus improving the quality of patients'sleep,and will not increa
