八段锦配合中医推拿治疗神经根性颈椎病的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨八段锦联合中医推拿在治疗神经根性颈椎病中的临床效果。方法 随机选取2022年1月—2023年10月福州市按摩医院收治的50例神经根性颈椎病患者为研究对象,利用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组接受中医推拿治疗,观察组接受中医推拿+八段锦治疗。比较两组临床指标以及疼痛程度。结果 观察组治疗有效率为96.00%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.357,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组田中靖久20分法评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 八段锦联合中医推拿治疗神经根性颈椎病效果较为明显,可改善颈椎状态,并缓解疼痛。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Baduanjin combined with traditional Chinese massage in the treatment of cervical radiculopathy.Methods 50 patients with cervical radiculopathy treated in Fuzhou Massage Hos-pital from January 2022 to October 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received traditional Chinese medicine massage treatment,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine mas-sage+Baduanjin treatment.Clinical indicators and pain levels were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than that of control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(χ^(2)=5.357,P<0.05).After treatment,the 20-point Score of Yasuhisa Tanaka in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Baduanjin combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage treatment of cervical radicu-lopathy is more obvious,can improve the cervical spine status,and relieve pain.
