鼻中隔偏曲成形术联合等离子消融术对老年过敏性鼻炎的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨鼻中隔偏曲成形术联合等离子消融术治疗老年过敏性鼻炎的临床效果。方法 84例老年过敏性鼻炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组给予鼻中隔偏曲成形术治疗,观察组则给予鼻中隔偏曲成形术联合等离子消融术治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后临床症状评分及治疗后并发症发生情况、黏膜完整情况。结果 治疗后3个月,两组鼻痒、鼻塞、打喷嚏以及鼻涕评分均低于治疗前,且观察组鼻痒评分(0.82±0.16)分、鼻塞评分(0.89±0.16)分、打喷嚏评分(1.93±0.57)分以及鼻涕评分(1.58±0.56)分均低于对照组的(1.03±0.21)、(1.31±0.44)、(3.21±0.62)、(2.86±1.15)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后并发症发生率9.52%及黏膜完整率71.43%与对照组的11.90%、66.67%对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 鼻中隔偏曲成形术联合等离子消融术治疗老年过敏性鼻炎可有效改善患者鼻腔功能,减轻炎症反应,缓解临床症状,还能减少术后并发症,临床疗效确切,具有较好的临床应用前景。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of nasal septum deflection plasty combined with plasma ablation on allergic rhinitis in the elderly.Methods A total of 84 elderly patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nasal septum deflection plasty,while the observation group was treated with nasal septum deflection plasty and plasma ablation.Comparison was made on the clinical symptom scores of patients before and 3 months after treatment,complications and mucosal integrity after treatment between the two groups.Results At 3 months after treatment,the scores of nasal itching,nasal congestion,sneezing and runny nose in both groups were all lower than those before treatment in this group;in the observation group,the nasal itching score was(0.82±0.16)points,the nasal congestion was(0.89±0.16)points,the sneezing score was(1.93±0.57)points,and runny nose score was(1.58±0.56)points,which were lower than those of(1.03±0.21),(1.31±0.44),(3.21±0.62)and(2.86±1.15)points in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the complication rate was 9.52%and mucosal integrity rate was 71.43%in the observation group,which had no statistically significant compared with those of 11.90%and 66.67%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Nasal septum deflection plasty combined with plasma ablation can effectively improve the nasal function of patients,reduce inflammatory reaction,relieve clinical symptoms,and reduce postoperative complications.The clinical effect is accurate,and has a good clinical application prospect.
