摘  要:为了挖掘火电机组深度调峰能力,全面提升电力系统调峰及新能源消纳能力,努力实现“双碳”目标,火电机组灵活性改造工作势在必行。以350 MW超临界循环流化床锅炉为研究对象,针对其在深度调峰过程中存在的水动力不足、受热面超温以及NO_(x)排放超标等问题,结合实际生产经验,提出了汽水系统炉水循环泵(BCP)改造方案及烟气再循环耦合高穿透型二次风选择性非催化还原(SNCR)脱硝技术。结果显示:通过BCP系统改造、烟气再循环改造可以实现机组20%额定负荷下的稳定运行,经济效益较好。In order to fully utilize the deep peak shaving capacity of thermal power units,comprehensively improve the peak shaving and new energy consumption capacity of the power system,and strive to achieve the dual-carbon goal,it is imperative to carry out the flexibility transformation of thermal power units.The research focuses on the 350 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler,addressing issues such as insufficient hydrodynamic force,overheating of heating surfaces,and excessive NO_(x) emissions during deep peak shaving.Combining practical production experience,a reform scheme for the steam-water system's Boiler Circulating Pump(BCP) and the coupling of flue gas recirculation with high-penetration secondary air Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction(SNCR) denitration technology is proposed.The results indicate that through the transformation of the BCP system and flue gas recirculation,stable operation of the unit can be achieved at 20% of the rated load,with favorable economic benefits.
