摘 要:抽凝式热电联产机组在抽汽供热管道上设置减温器,减温水一般取自凝结水泵出口,温度较低。由于汽水焓差悬殊,两者直接混合会造成抽汽供热能量损失较大。分析机组热力系统工况参数和水源品质,选定水源压力相当、温度与抽汽更为接近的高加疏水作为新调配水源,利用既有减温器与工业抽汽混合,构建新生产工艺和新工况能耗研究对象。研究表明,新生产工艺可用能效率比原工况提升0.5%,机组供热能力增加2%。The desuperheater is installed on the steam extraction heating pipeline of the condensing-type cogeneration unit.The desuperheated water is generally taken from the outlet of the condensate pump and has a lower temperature.Due to the significant difference in enthalpy between steam and water,direct mixing of the two would result in a considerable loss of heating energy for steam extraction.The study analyzes the thermal system operating parameters of the unit and the quality of the water source,and a high-pressure and high-temperature water source with a pressure close to that of the condensate and a temperature closer to the steam extraction is selected as the new allocated water source.By utilizing the existing desuperheater and industrial steam extraction,a new production process and new operating conditions are established for energy consumption research.The study indicates that the new production process can improve the energy efficiency by 0.5% compared to the original condition,and the heating capacity of the unit increases by 2%.
