摘  要:再生塔是活性焦脱硫脱硝系统的核心设备之一,出料超温会影响设备安全,严重时甚至烧毁再生塔。以迁安某钢厂烧结机机头烟气活性焦一体化干法脱硫脱硝工程所配套的再生塔为例,分析活性焦再生塔出料超温的原因,并提出了解决方案。研究表明,活性焦物料循环的不均匀性是引起出料超温的首要原因,对出料壳体进行改进,将出料壳体内的下料空间均匀地改进为多个格子,从而解决了再生塔出料超温问题。The regeneration tower is one of the core equipment of the activated coke desulfurization and denitration system.Discharging at an excessive temperature can affect the equipment safety,and even burn the regeneration tower in serious cases.Taking the regeneration tower of the sintering machine head flue gas activated coke integrated dry desulfurization and denitration project of a steel plant in Qian'an as an example,this paper analyzes the causes of the over-temperature of the discharge of the activated coke regeneration tower,and proposes a solution.The study indicated that the non-uniformity of the material circulation of the activated coke is the primary cause of the over-temperature of the discharge.Through the improvement of the discharging shell,the discharging space in the discharging shell is uniformly improved into multiple grids,thus solving the problem of over-temperature in the discharge of the regeneration tower.
