摘 要:因低温NH 3-SCR脱硝面临耐硫性能差、硫酸氢铵中毒等难以克服的问题,构建了采用无机铵盐选择性催化还原脱硝的方法。采用浸渍法制备了Cr_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2)催化剂,选用草酸铵、硫酸氢铵、磷酸氢二铵、磷酸二氢铵作为还原剂,对氮氧化物进行选择性催化还原反应,并测定了4种铵盐作还原剂的脱硝活性。利用XRD、XPS和原位漫反射红外光谱等表征探究了4种铵盐对催化剂物化性质的影响,并研究了4种铵盐在Cr_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2)催化剂上的反应与再生过程。结果表明,4种铵盐中的NH+4都可以在Cr_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2)催化剂上与NO发生反应,除硫酸氢铵因HSO-4易与TiO_(2)结合为Ti(SO 4)2而不可再生外,其它铵盐皆可再生。Low temperature NH 3-SCR denitrification faces challenges such as poor sulfur resistance and ammonium bisulfate poisoning.This paper proposes a selective catalytic reduction denitrification method using inorganic ammonium salts.Cr_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2)Catalyst was prepared by impregnation method.Ammonium oxalate,ammonium bisulfate,diammonium hydrogen phosphate,and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate were used as reducing agents to selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides,and the denitrification activity of four ammonium salts as reducing agents was measured.The effects of four ammonium salts on the physicochemical properties of the catalyst were investigated using XRD,XPS,and in situ diffuse reflectance infrared spectroscopy,and the reaction and regeneration process of the four ammonium salts on the Cr_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2)catalyst were studied.The results indicate that NH+4 in all four ammonium salts can react with NO on Cr_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2)catalysts.Except for ammonium bisulfate,which is not renewable due to its anion easily binding with TiO_(2)to form Ti(SO 4)2,all other ammonium salts are renewable.
