摘 要:以黄陵矿区煤矸石为对象,研究了其中硅元素的赋存状态,探讨了浸出SiO_(2)的具体方法,以期实现对黄陵煤矸石中硅元素的有效利用。在研究煤矸石性质的基础上,对煤矸石煅烧活化后采用碱浸法提取SiO_(2)。研究了反应中各因素对浸出率的影响并进行正交实验优化。结果表明,影响SiO_(2)浸出的主要因素由大到小依次为:煅烧温度、反应时间、反应温度、固液比、碱液浓度。根据浸出SiO_(2)的主要参数建立了SiO_(2)浸出率的多元线性回归预测模型,预测结果与实验值接近,多元线性回归可为黄陵矿区煤矸石的提硅工艺优化提供参考。Taking coal gangue from Huangling mining area as the object,the occurrence state of silicon element in it was studied,and specific methods for leaching SiO_(2)were explored to achieve effective utilization of silicon element in Huangling coal gangue.On the basis of the properties of coal gangue,SiO_(2)is extracted by alkali leaching method after calcination and activation of coal gangue.The effects of various factors in the reaction on leaching rate were studied and conducted by orthogonal optimization experiments.The results indicated that the main factors affecting SiO_(2)leaching are as follows:calcination temperature,reaction time,reaction temperature,solid-liquid ratio and alkali concentration etc.A multiple linear regression prediction model for SiO_(2)leaching rate was established based on the main process parameters of SiO_(2)leaching.The predicted results are close to the experimental values,and the multiple linear regression can provide reference for optimizing the silicon extraction process of coal gangue in Huangling mining area.
