摘  要:通过AEO9/环己烷/正己醇/水反相微乳体系制备二氧化硅透明壳层包封的纳米氧化锌紫外屏蔽器以降低纳米氧化锌的光催化性,提高纳米氧化锌防晒剂的使用安全性。TEM图像与傅里叶红外光谱图表明SiO_(2)包覆在纳米氧化锌表面,ZnO@SiO_(2)纳米颗粒具有核壳结构。亚甲基蓝降解实验证明SiO_(2)降低了纳米氧化锌的光催化活性。紫外屏蔽测试结果表明ZnO@SiO_(2)纳米颗粒防晒效果好,SiO_(2)壳层提高了纳米氧化锌在可见光区的透明度。TEOS与纳米氧化锌质量比为0.4时,制备的ZnO@SiO_(2)纳米颗粒防晒效果最好,光催化活性最低。UV shields of zinc oxide nanoparticles encapsulated by silica transparent shell layer were prepared by AEO9/cyclohexane/hexanol/water reversed-phase microemulsion system to reduce the photocatalytic properties of ZnO nanoparticles and improve the safety of sunscreen use of ZnO nanoparticles.TEM images and Fourier infrared spectroscopy showed that SiO_(2)was encapsulated on the surface of ZnO nanoparticles and ZnO@SiO_(2)nanoparticles particles have a core-shell structure.The methylene blue degradation experiments demonstrated that SiO_(2)reduced the photocatalytic activity of ZnO nanoparticles.The UV shielding test results showed that the ZnO@SiO_(2)nanoparticles had good sunlight protection and the SiO_(2)shell layer improved the transparency of ZnO nanoparticles in the visible region.The best sunlight protection and the lowest photocatalytic activity of the prepared ZnO@SiO_(2)nanoparticles were obtained at the mass ratio of TEOS to ZnO nanoparticles of 0.4.
