摘  要:阐述了西昆仑大红柳滩阿克塔斯北锂铍稀有金属矿地质分布规律,开展了系统的工艺矿物学研究,并进行了可选性分析和选矿探索试验。结果表明,该矿床位于青藏高原北西边缘-昆仑造山带南缘的裂陷盆地内,主体属西昆仑古生代-中生代造山带,特提斯成矿域大红柳滩RM-Fe-Mn-Pb-Cu-白云母矿带,也是大红柳滩锂成矿远景区范畴,主要分布的矿产有锂、铍、钽、铌、锡等金属;通过大比例尺地质测量、槽探及钻探工作,在区内圈定4条锂铍矿体;该资源属于典型的花岗伟晶岩型锂辉石矿,主要有价金属锂的矿物种类较多,包括锂辉石、锂白云母、白云母、羟磷锂铝石等,以锂辉石为主,铍主要以绿柱石,钽、铌以钽铌铁矿等形式存在,脉石矿物主要包括钠长石、钾长石和石英等;锂、铍是回收的主要有价金属,由于锂辉石嵌布粒度较粗、比重相对较大,适宜采用重介质预选与浮选相结合的联合工艺进行综合回收,当重液介质密度控制为2.6g/cm3时,重产品中Li2O品位达到5.33%、回收率为71.49%,重选尾矿和细粒级原矿通过浮选能进一步提高选别指标,锂、铍矿物的可浮性相近,采用混合浮选获得精矿锂、铍作业回收率分别达到66.07%和68.66%,采用重—浮联合工艺,锂总回收率预计可突破90%。研究结果对锂多金属矿资源开发具有重要的指导意义。The geological distribution law of the rare metal ore of Li-Be in the north of Dahongliutan Aketasi in West Kunlun has been expounded,the systematic process mineralogy research and the beneficiability analysis and test have been carried out.The results showed that the deposit is located in a rift basin on the northwest edge of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau to the southern edge of the Kunlun orogenic belt.It belonged to the Paleozoic Mesozoic orogenic belt of the West Kunlun Mountains and was also the Dahongliutan RM-Fe-Mn-Pb-Cu muscovite ore belt of the Tethys mineralization domain.The main minerals distributed included Li,Be,Ta,Nb,Sn and other metals,and was also within the Dahongliutan lithium mineralization prospect area.Four lithium beryllium ore bodies were delineated in the area through largescale geological surveying,trenching,and drilling work.The deposit was a typical spodumene deposit of granite-pegmatite type.There were many kinds of lithium minerals,such as spodumene,lepidolite,muscovite,hydroxy lepidolite,and so on,Beryllium mainly existed in the form of beryl,tantalum and niobium existed in the form of tantalcolumbite,and so on.Gangue minerals mainly included albite,potassium feldspar and quartz.Lithium and beryllium were the main valuable metals to be recovered,and the combined process of heavy medium pre-concentration and flotation was suitable for spodumene because of its coarse dissemination particle size.When the medium density of heavy medium was controlled at 2.6 g/cm°,the grade of Liz O in heavy product reached 5.33%,and the recovery was 71.49%.The flotation of gravity tailings and fine-grained raw ore can further improve the separation indicators.The floatability of lithium and beryllium minerals is similar,and the recoveries of lithium and beryllium concentrate obtained by bulk flotation reached 66.07%and 68.66%,respectively.By using the gravity flotation combined process,the total lithium recovery was expected to exceed 90%.The research results have important guiding significance for the dev
