摘　　要：莫桑比克楠普拉省锆钛砂矿资源丰富,连续十年为我国提供稳定的锆钛矿资源,现已成为我国最重要的锆钛砂矿资源供应地。本研究采用化学分析、XRF分析、物相分析、MLA(矿物定量自动检测系统)和SEM(扫描电镜)等测试手段对锆钛矿进行了工艺矿物学研究,查明了莫桑比克锆钛矿化学元素、矿物组成和产出特征及解离度等特征,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,采用重选、磁选和电选联合工艺对原矿进行分选,有效回收了钛铁矿、锆英石金红石和独居石,四种产品相对混合粗精矿产率分别为77.48%、8.58%、3.90%和0.50%,钛精矿中TiO2含量为52.39%、回收率为79.02%,锆精矿中ZrO2含量为60.20%~65.02%(平均64.19%)、回收率为77.71%,金红石精矿中TiO2含量为85.10%~90.32%(平均88.98%)、回收率为4.65%,独居石精矿中REO含量为60.20%、回收率为78.67%。该试验有效回收了锆英石和钛铁矿,同时综合回收利用了金红石和独居石,为莫桑比克锆钛资源高效综合回收利用提供技术支撑和实践经验。Nampula province,Mozambique is rich in zirconium and titanium placer resources.It has provided stable zirconium and titanium resources to China over ten consecutive years,and has become the most important supply place of zirconium and titanium placer resources in China.Chemical analysis,XRF analysis,phase analysis,MLA(mineral quantitative automatic detection system),SEM(scanning electron microscope)and other testing methods were used to study the process mineralogy of zircon and titanium ores.The chemical elements,mineral composition,output characteristics and dissociation degree of zircon and titanium ores in Mozambique were identified.On the basis of the process mineralogy research,a combined process of gravity separation,magnetic separation and electric separation was used to separate the raw ores,effectively recovering ilmenite,zircon,rutile and monazite.Relative to the bulk rough concentrate yields of the four products are 77.48%,8.58%,3.90%and 0.50%,respectively.The Ti02 content in titanium concentrate is 52.39%,and the recovery is 79.02%.The ZrO,content in zirconium concentrate is 60.20%—65.02%(average 64.19%),and the recovery is 77.71%.The TiO,content in rutile concentrate is 85.10%—90.32%(average 88.98%),and the recovery is 4.65%.The REO content in monazite concentrate is 60.20%,and the recovery rate is 78.67%.The test effectively recovered zircon and ilmenite,and comprehensively recovered rutile and monazite,providing technical support and practical experience for efficient and comprehensive recovery and utilization of zirconium and titanium resources in Mozambique.
