摘 要:骨质疏松症是增龄性疾病,尤其是绝经后妇女最为常见。骨稳态失衡在骨质疏松症的发生、发展中有着重要作用。作为细胞重要的防御和应激调控机制,自噬与骨稳态的维持有着密不可分的关系。线粒体自噬是自噬的一种途径,主要通过清除受损的线粒体,降低细胞内活性氧(reactive oxygen species, ROS)水平,维持细胞活性。已有研究表明,线粒体自噬与骨稳态密切相关。本文就近年线粒体自噬与骨质疏松症相关性研究进行综述,希望在该研究领域梳理一些新的思路、启发一些新的思维。Osteoporosis is a disease of aging,especially in postmenopausal women.The imbalance of bone ho-meostasis plays an important role in the occurrence and development of osteoporosis.As an important defense and stress regulation mechanism of cells,autophagy is closely related to the maintenance of bone homeostasis.Mitophagy is a pathway of autophagy,which mainly removes damaged mitochondria,reduces the level of reactive oxygen species(ROS)in cells,and maintains cell viability.Previous studies have shown that mitophagy is closely related to bone homeostasis.This article summarizes the research progress of the correlation between mitophagy and osteoporosis in recent years,hoping to sort out some new ideas and inspire some new thinking in this research field.
