武汉城市圈开发区优势特征与县域经济发展水平耦合分析

摘　　要：本文基于开发区优势特征评价指标体系,测度开发区与县区经济耦合度变化。结果表明:第一,开发区优势特征可划分为规格、结构、经济、人口四类,武汉城市圈内具有经济优势开发区的数量最少,有悖于开发区传统发展定位,而四类优势特征开发区均与县区经济达到高度耦合水平;第二,具有优势特征的开发区多沿“开发区优势轴线”分布,优势轴线处县区的耦合度波动变化明显,高耦合度县区集聚,但同时易出现耦合度降低和退级现象;第三,开发区与县区经济耦合度空间相关性逐渐降低,其中HH型先增后减,LH型长期存在且有增加趋势,县区间的协作关系减弱。Based on the data of development zones and counties in Wuhan city circle from 2007 to 2016,this study set an evaluation indicator system for development zones'advantage characteristics and discussed the temporal and spatial changes of development zones and county economy and their coupling relation.The results reveal that:first,development zone advantages could be divided into scale advantage,structural advantage,economic advantage and population advantage.The amount of development zones with economic advantage is the least in Wuhan city circle,which does not suffice the expected goal of boosting the surrounding area's economy.However,all these four categories have chances to achieve a high coupling level.Second,most development zones with advantage characteristics are distributed along the“advantage development zones axis”.The coupling for the county along the axis fluctuates more dramatically,and the county with the high coupling level also clusters around the axis.However,there is also a trend that the coupling for areas around the axis is easier to get degradation.Third,the spatial correlation of coupling is gradually decreasing,and cooperation between counties had weakened.From 2007-2016,the type of HH increased first and then decreased,and the type of LH kept increasing.This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the temporal and spatial change of coupling for development zones and county economy and then provides a decision-making basis for managers to implement transformation for county-scale development zones and balance resources allocation.
