摘　　要：新时代加强普通高校全民国防教育对于应对未来风险因素以及落实国家政策制度有着重要的现实意义。新时代加强普通高校全民国防教育的主要难点与痛点,表现为当前普通高校国防教育的地位作用不够突出、教育教学的育人成效不够明显。高校需要从转变思想观念、搭建教学平台及完善教师队伍三大维度进一步加强国防教育,开拓创新,循序前进,走高校青年学生国防观念培强厚植之路,切实强化学生的国防观念,为国家富强、民族复兴、社会发展贡献应尽之力。In the new era,it is of great practical significance to strengthen the national defense education in ordinary colleges and universities,which is an important path to boost the national defense education,to meet the realistic needs of future risk factors and to implement the specific actions of the national policy system.In the new era,the main difficulties and pain points of strengthening the national defense education in ordinary colleges and universities are that the status and function of the national defense education in ordinary colleges and universities are not prominent enough,and the quality and efficiency of the national defense education in ordinary colleges and universities are not obvious enough.To strengthen the concept of national defense among college students,it is necessary to strengthen the national defense education of students from the perspective of colleges and universities.We should fundamentally change ideas,build an effective platform from the mechanism,build a strong teaching team from the key point,blaze new trails,advance step by step,walk away from the road of national defense concept of young college students,and contribute to the prosperity of the country,national rejuvenation and social development.
