摘　　要：“加快构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局”是党在第十九届五中全会提出的重大战略部署。该战略是根据我国经济总量的发展阶段、全球经济的发展环境及条件的变革而提出的新思路,是重塑我国国际贸易合作体量,确定我国经贸合作新优势的战略抉择。面对全球经济复苏持续低迷、欧洲能源供应紧缺、欧美通胀不断走高、新冠猴痘疫情仍旧肆虐、俄乌战争冲突等问题,都深刻加剧了全球经贸合作的不稳定性与不确定性。在此背景下,进一步深化重塑中国经贸活力,对世界经济复苏有着相当的意义。“Accelerating the construction of a new development pattern with domestic circulation as the main body and domestic and international circulation mutually reinforcing”is a major strategic plan put for⁃ward at the Fifth Plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee.The strategy is put forward according to the development stage of Chinese economic total and the development environment and conditions of the global economy.It is the strategic choice to reshape the volume of Chinese international trade cooperation and de⁃termine the new advantages of Chinese economic and trade cooperation.Problems such as sluggish global eco⁃nomic recovery,scarce energy supplies in Europe,rising inflation in Europe and the United States,the epi⁃demic of monkeypox,and the war and conflict between Russia and Ukraine have all profoundly exacerbated the instability and uncertainty of global economic and trade cooperation.Against this backdrop,it is of great significance to further deepen the remolding of China’s economic and trade vitality for world economic recov⁃ery.
