长春市社区居民自我药疗行为及影响因素分析

摘　　要：为了解长春市社区居民自我药疗行为及其影响因素,杜绝自我药疗存在的隐患,提升用药安全性与有效性,运用网络问卷与线下访谈的方式收集数据,采用SPSS 26.0软件对数据进行分析。结果显示,长春市社区居民大部分进行过自我药疗行为,进行自我药疗的首选原因是自认为病情较轻及通过个人经验诊断用药。长春市社区居民自我药疗意识在不断增强,但自我药疗行为仍存在一定的安全隐患,应通过普及自我药疗相关知识,完善医疗资源配置,规范居民用药行为来加强居民用药安全性,保障居民生命安全。In order to know the self-medication behavior of community residents in Changchun City and its influencing factors,correct the hidden dangers in the self-medication behavior,and improve the safety and effectiveness of medication,the study collects the data with online questionnaire and offline interview,and analyzes the data with SPSS 26.0 software.The results show that most of the community residents in Changchun City conduct self-medication behavior.The common reasons for choosing self-medication are that they thought the disease is mild,and can be diagnosed and medicated through personal experience.The self-medicating consciousness of community residents in Changchun City is increasing,but there are some security risks in the self-medicating behavior.It is suggested to popularize self-medication knowledge,improve the allocation of medical resources,and standardize residents'drug use behavior,so as to promote residents'medication safety,and ensure residents'life safety.
