摘　　要：随着经济发展和建设项目的不断增多,环境保护越来越受到人们的重视。本文论述了建设项目环境保护管理规定与实际运行的差异。首先,通过对国内环境保护法律法规的分析,揭示建设项目环境保护法律制度。其次,通过对法制建设进程和实践的比较,明确了实践中遇到的各种挑战和问题。在此基础上,对法律法规进行了深入的比较,分析了法律法规在实际执行中的差异和实践中的不足。最后,在上述分析的基础上,提出一系列的解决方案和政策建议,旨在促进建设项目环境保护管理的健康发展。With the continuous economic development and increasing number of construction projects,environmental protection is gaining more attention.This paper discusses the disparities between the regulations of environmental protection in construction projects and their actual implementation.Firstly,by analyzing domestic environmental protection laws and regulations,it reveals the legal system for environmental protection in construction projects.Secondly,through a comparison of the legal construction process and practices,it identifies various challenges and issues encountered in practice.Based on this,a comprehensive comparison of laws and regulations is conducted,analyzing the differences in their practical execution and shortcomings in implementation.Finally,solutions and policy recommendations are proposed to promote the healthy development of environmental protection management in construction projects.
