摘　　要：抽动-秽语综合征(TS)为慢性神经发育障碍性疾病,针刺可有效改善TS患者临床症状。本文从特色针法、特色针具、综合疗法等方面梳理近年来针刺治疗TS临床研究现状,并对今后围绕肠道免疫和脑网络阐释针刺治疗TS的外周-中枢机制研究提出建议和展望,以期为相关研究及临床应用提供参考。Tourette syndrome(TS)is a chronic neurodevelopmental disorder.Acupuncture can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of TS patients.This article systematically summarized the clinical research status of acupuncture for the treatment of TS in recent years from the aspects of characteristic acupuncture methods,characteristic needles and comprehensive therapies,and put forward suggestions and prospects for systematically elaborating the peripheral-central mechanism of acupuncture for TS around the intestinal immunity and brain network mechanism in the future,so as to provide reference for optimizing clinical research and treatment.
