摘　　要：城市发展与现代化建设和人们的正常生活,都离不开电力资源的有效支撑。要想提升电力系统运行的稳定性,探究变压器结构设计与制造工艺提升新方法至关重要。在用电需求不断增加和城市基础性建设规模逐步扩大的前提下,需要进一步完善配电网功能与稳定性。文章在阐述变压器结构设计重要性的基础上,对其设计要点及制造工艺进行分析,旨在推动电力行业稳步发展。Urban development and modernization construction as well as the normal life of the masses,all need the effective support of power resources,in order to improve the stability of power system operation,to explore the transformer structure design and manufacturing process to improve the new method is crucial.Under the premise of the continuous expansion of electricity consumption demand and the gradual expansion of the scale of urban infrastructure construction,it is necessary to further improve the function and stability of distribution network.On the basis of explaining the importance of transformer structure design,this paper analysis its design points and manufacturing process,aiming at promoting the steady development of power industry.
