摘 要:随着现代工业的不断发展,细长轴类零件的加工需求日益增加。这类零件具有长度较长、直径较小的特点,常见于航空航天、汽车制造、能源领域等。为了满足高精度和高效率的要求,车削和磨削等加工方法广泛应用于细长轴零件的加工制造。车削是通过刀具对工件进行切削,具有快速、高效的特点,但是处理后的工件表面粗糙度较高。磨削能够达到较高的加工精度和表面质量,但是加工效率相对较低。因此,在细长轴零件的加工中,如何权衡两种方法,选择最适合的加工方案成为迫切需要解决的问题。With the continuous development of modern industry,the processing demand of slender shaft parts is increasing day by day.Such parts have the characteristics of longer length and smaller diameter,and are commonly found in aerospace,automobile manufacturing,energy fields,etc.In order to meet the requirements of high precision and high efficiency,machining methods such as turning and grinding are widely used in the manufacture of slender shaft parts.Turning is to cut the workpiece by the tool,which has the characteristics of fast and efficient,but the surface roughness of the workpiece after treatment is high.Grinding can achieve high machining accuracy and surface quality,but the processing efficiency is relatively low.Therefore,in the processing of slender shaft parts,how to weigh the two methods and choose the most suitable processing program has become an urgent problem to be solved.
