摘 要:为了改善传统鱼塘饲料投喂抛料不均匀的缺陷,设计了饲料投喂机抛料机构,并对常见的颗粒饲料的抛撒轨迹进行了仿真计算。设计的抛料机构采用偏心轮转动带动下料斗振动的方式下料,通过抛料盘的旋转进行离心抛料。在仿真过程中,使用SolidWorks软件建立饲料投喂机抛料机构的模型,使用EDEM软件对抛料过程进行仿真。经过仿真分析得到:抛料盘在300 r·min^(-1)低转速运转时,饲料落点主要集中在扇形区域的一侧;随着抛料盘转速增大到900r·min^(-1),落点逐渐均匀;抛料盘的最佳转速范围为900~1200 r·min^(-1)。In order to improve the non-uniform feeding and discarding of traditional fish pond feed,the discarding mechanism of feed feeder was designed,and the scattering trajectory of common pellet feed was simulated.The designed throwing mechanism adopts the mode of vibration of the hopper driven by the rotation of eccentric wheel,and performs centrifugal throwing through the rotation of the throwing plate.In the simulation process,SolidWorks software is used to build the model of feed feeder throwing mechanism,and EDEM software is used to simulate the throwing process.The simulation results show that the feed landing point is mainly concentrated on one side of the fan-shaped area when the throw plate runs at a low speed of 300 r·min^(-1).As the speed of the tray increases to 900 r·min^(-1),the landing point gradually becomes uniform,and the optimal speed range of the throwing plate is 900~1200 r·min^(-1).
