摘  要:液压抽油机因具有悬点载荷大,冲程、冲次连续可调,占地面积小,本质安全性高等优点,得到了油田和抽油机制造厂家的重视。文章运用功能分析原理,沿着抽油机演化的脉络,从油田使用角度介绍了常用杆柱驱动方式的基本结构,分析了不同杆柱驱动方式对液压站、平衡方式的要求及其对油田管理习惯的影响。通过本研究得到:多滑轮增程式对油田使用习惯改变最小,可以采用重块平衡,可单井工作,但上、下冲程动力液流量、压力不同,占地面积与运动件较多;直驱低矮式占地面积与本质安全性最好,但对油田使用习惯改变最大。Hydraulic pumping unit has been paid more attention by oil field and pumping unit manufacturers because of its advantages of large suspension load,continuous adjustable stroke and stroke times,small footprint and high intrinsic safety.Based on the principle of function analysis,this paper introduces the basic structure of common rod drive mode from the perspective of oilfield application along the evolution of pumping unit,analyzes the requirements of different rod drive mode on hydraulic station and balance mode and its influence on oilfield management habits.Through this study,it is concluded that the multi-pulley extender program has the smallest change in oilfield usage habits,can adopt the weight balance,and can work in a single well,but the power fluid flow and pressure in the upper and lower strokes are different,and the land area and moving parts are more.The direct drive low-rise type has the best footprint and intrinsic safety,but the biggest change in oilfield usage habits.
