摘  要:针对金相试样制备过程中的预磨和抛光环节,设计了一种高效金相试样磨抛机,该磨抛机由箱体、磨抛模块、夹具模块、传动模块、动力模块和供水模块组成。为保证金相试样的磨抛效率和磨抛质量,重点对夹具头、喷水头等关键零部件的结构进行了设计。应用UG软件建立磨抛机的三维模型,并进行运动仿真。结果表明,磨抛机能够顺利完成金相试样的磨抛,结构合理,具有一定的推广应用价值。Aiming at the pre-grinding and polishing process of metallographic sample preparation,a high-efficiency metallographic sample polishing machine is designed,which consists of a box,a grinding and polishing module,a fixture module,a transmission module,a power module and a water supply module.In order to ensure the grinding efficiency and grinding quality of metallographic samples,the structure of key parts such as fixture head and water jet is designed.The 3D model of grinding and polishing machine is established by using UG software,and the motion simulation is carried out.The results show that the grinding and polishing machine can finish the grinding and polishing of metallographic samples smoothly,the structure is reasonable,and it has certain popularization and application value.
