摘  要:5B02铝管是一种高强度、高韧性的轻质铝合金,被广泛用于航空、航天和汽车等领域。为得到壁厚较薄、膨胀率较高的变径管道,选择使用液压胀形技术。相比于冲压等传统工艺,液压胀形具有生产零件精度高等优点。由于5B02管材的伸长率为12%,要得到膨胀率为30%的变径铝管,避免管材在成形过程中出现破裂、起皱等缺陷,需要运用Dynaform软件模拟分析成形过程,仿真得到符合条件的变径铝管。5B02 aluminum tube is a high-strength,high-toughness,lightweight aluminum alloy,which is widely used in aviation,aerospace and automotive fields.In order to obtain the variable diameter pipe with thinner wall thickness and higher expansion rate,hydraulic expansion technology is selected.Compared with the traditional process such as stamping,hydraulic expansion has the advantages of high precision parts production.Since the elongation of 5B02 pipe is 12%,in order to obtain the reduced diameter aluminum pipe with an expansion rate of 30%and avoid the defects such as rupture and wrinkle in the forming process of the pipe,Dynaform software should be used to simulate the forming process and obtain the qualified reduced diameter aluminum pipe.
