摘 要:海洋隔水导管不仅是钻井液循环通道,也是为井口和套管提供支撑的重要结构。一旦隔水导管结构出现破坏或失效,可能导致设备损坏和生产停滞,甚至发生井喷,对人员和财产安全构成威胁,造成巨大经济损失。基于顶载、腐蚀等工况建立了海洋隔水管的有限元模型,以力学响应、强度及稳定性校核为例对隔水导管在不同工况下进行安全评估和风险控制。研究表明:在满足作业工况条件下,合理降低顶部载荷,定期进行耐腐蚀性检修,可以有效提高隔水导管的安全性。Marine conductors serve not only as drlling fluid circulation channels but also as essential structures supporting wellheads and casings.Structural damage or failure of marine conductors could lead to equipment damage,production interruptions,blowouts,posing threats to personnel and property safety,and resulting in significant economic losses.This paper establishes finite element models of marine conductors based on scenarios such as top-loading and corrosion,and conducts safety assessments and risk control of conductors under different conditions,focusing on mechanical response,strength,and stability verification.The research indicates that enhancing the safety of marine conductors involves reasonable reduction of top loads while meeting operational conditions and periodic anti-corrosion inspections.
