摘 要:为了研究材料的应变率效应对吸能装置性能产生的影响,针对吸能装置变形的关键材料20Mn2分别进行静态拉伸试验和动态拉伸试验。试验结果表明,随着变形速率的提高,20Mn2材料的抗拉强度及屈服强度显著增大,材料应变率效应明显。吸能装置的变形力值主要受材料性能的影响,因此推测动态冲击速度越大,吸能装置的变形力值也越大。为验证这一猜想,对吸能装置开展了准静态压缩试验及速度为25 km·h^(-1)的冲击试验。In order to study the effect of strain rate effect on the performance of energy absorption device,static tensile test and dynamic tensile test were carried out respectively for the key material 20Mn2 of energy absorption device deformation.The experimental results show that with the increase of deformation rate,the tensile strength and yield strength of 20Mn2 material increase significantly,and the effect of strain rate is obvious.The deformation force value of the energy absorption device is mainly affected by the properties of the material,so it is speculated that the larger the dynamic impact velocity,the larger the deformation force value of the energy absorption device.To verify this conjecture,quasi-static compression tests and impact tests with a velocity of 25 km·h^(-1) were carried out on the energy absorption device.
