摘　　要：冲洗机是工业生产中用于冲洗产品零件表面和内腔的重要设备,冲洗机介质的压强、流量和温度控制是影响设备使用效果的重要因素。针对某型机匣冲洗机工况进行流量及压强计算,考虑不同的冲洗介质对温度的要求不同,选取混合滑油和RP-5航空煤油两种典型的冲洗介质进行加温或冷却分析计算。同时,针对冲洗机使用时液位波动大的特点,提出一种根据实时液位进行温度控制的方法,以满足工作温度需求及安全性要求。Washing machine is an important equipment used for washing the surface and inner cavity of product parts in industrial production.The pressure,flow rate and temperature control of the washing machine medium are important factors affecting the use effect of the equipment.Flow rate and pressure were calculated according to the working conditions of a certain type of cartridge flushing machine.Considering that dfferent flushing media have different temperature requirements,two typical flushing media,mixed lubricating oil and RP-5 aviation kerosene,were selected for heating or cooling analysis and calculation.At the same time,a method of temperature control based on real-time liquid level is proposed to meet the requirements of operating temperature and safety.
