摘　　要：本文以民国江苏省立医政学院筹备档案为例,从公文处理机构与人员、公文文种、公文处理流程三个方面分析了国民政府时期江苏省政府公文处理的基本流程,并分析了其公文稿面、盖印与署名、公文缮写、一文一事、处理期限方面的特征。This article takes the preparatory archives of Jiangsu Institute of Medical Administration in the Republic of China as an example to analyze Jiangsu Provincial Government's document processing during the period of National Government of the Republic of China from three aspects:document processing institutions and personnel,document types,and document processing flow.It also analyzes the characteristics of its document face,seal and signature,document writing,one document one matter,and processing deadline.
