摘　　要：中福公司在华存在时间长、经营范围广、业务活动多,是中国近代史上极具代表性的中外合资企业。中福公司在华经营期间产生了大量的账簿文书,这些账簿文书主题丰富,数量可观,真实反映了中福公司在华半个多世纪的历史活动,具有极高的史料价值。在对中福公司账簿文书数量、主题、语言等基本情况进行分析的基础上,总结其保存和开发状况,从凭据类、清单表格类以及报告类账簿文书着笔,探讨中福公司账簿文书的体式,并整理中福公司账簿文书对于当时和后世的功用,进而分析其规范性、丰富性、特殊性和效益性的特点和在经济、历史文化、学术、科技等方面的多重价值。Peking Syndicate Limited has a long existence in China,a wide range of operations and many business activities,and it's a very representative Sino-foreign joint venture in China's modern history.During the period of operation in China,Peking Syndicate Limited has produced a large number of financial and personnel documents,which are rich in themes and considerable in quantity,truly reflecting the historical activities of Peking Syndicate Limited in China for more than half a century.And at the same time,financial and personnel archives of Peking Syndicate Limited also have high historical value.Based on the analysis of the quantity,theme and language of the account books of Peking Syndicate Limited's financial and personnel archives,this paper summarizes the preservation and exploitation of them.Then discusses the style of Peking Syndicate Limited's financial and personnel archives from the vouchers,lists,forms and reports,and arranges the functions of them for the time and the future generations.And then analyses the characteristics of Peking Syndicate Limited's financial and personnel archives,such as normality,richness,specificity and benefits,and at the same time,discusses their multiple values in economy,history and culture,academics,science and technology,and so on.
