摘 要:为了解决矿用红外温度传感器抗电磁干扰问题,提高工作稳定性和电磁兼容性,论述了电磁干扰形成的要素和特点,设计了矿用红外温度传感器的抗干扰电路和电磁屏蔽结构,在满足本质安全型设备设计要求的基础上,从电源电路、探头通信电路和信号输出电路3个部分进行了抗电磁干扰设计,通过了煤炭工业常州通信监控产品质量监督检验中心进行检验,检验结果表明本设计达到了相关标准的要求,具有较大的应用价值。In order to solve the problem of anti-electromagnetic interference in mining infrared temperature sensors,improve work stability and electromagnetic compatibility,the elements and characteristics of electromagnetic interference formation were discussed.The anti-interference circuit and electromagnetic shielding structure of mining infrared temperature sensors were designed.On the basis of meeting the design requirements of intrinsically safe equipment,the anti-interference design was carried out from three parts:power circuit,probe communication circuit,and signal output circuit.The design passed the inspection by the Changzhou Communication Monitoring Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of the coal industry,and the inspection results showed that it met the requirements of relevant standards and had great application value.
