摘 要:氮氧分离膜是膜分离制氮装置的核心部件,在不同厂家、不同材质、不同工艺、不同温度、不同压力下,产氮效率也不同。为了提高氮氧分离膜的入厂质量检验标准,提高数据真实性,开发了氮氧分离膜检验装置。基于对氮氧分离膜的各个阶段范围内膜入口温度、膜入口压力、时间控制以及传感器数据采集、PLC控制器逻辑分析与实时通信相结合,测量出氮氧分离膜不同状态下的真实产氮效率。提高了入厂检验标准,对于进一步指导膜分离制氮装置的优化改良具有重要意义。The nitrogen oxygen separation membrane is the core component of the membrane separation nitrogen production device,and the nitrogen production efficiency varies due to different manufacturers,materials,processes,temperatures,and pressures.In order to improve the quality inspection standards for nitrogen and oxygen separation membranes and enhance the authenticity of data,a nitrogen and oxygen separation membrane inspection device has been developed.Based on the control of inner membrane inlet temperature,membrane inlet pressure,time,sensor data acquisition,PLC controller logic analysis,and real-time communication in each stage range of the nitrogen oxygen separation membrane,the actual nitrogen production efficiency of the nitrogen oxygen separation membrane under different states was measured.Improving the entry inspection standards is of great significance for further guiding the optimization and improvement of membrane separation nitrogen production equipment.
