摘  要:阐述了基于IEC61131-3国际标准下的开放式控制系统软件设计。系统介绍了面向对象的工业程序设计(OOIP)中类的抽象和继承相互关系,并设计了过程控制状态机,以被控设备和算法功能为对象进行程序设计与开发。基于此,以煤矿带式输送机运输系统、排水系统为例,快速搭建应用程序。结果表明:程序系统稳定性好,定位设备故障准确,以极高的可移植性、可扩展性,缩短了开发周期。系统软件模块可以被封装继承复用,更好地体现软件知识产权。针对我国煤矿行业过程控制系统中高度过程化、低标准化的现象,可结合该软件系统的设计理念和优势,探索并改进现行系统。ion and inheritance relationships of classes in object-oriented industrial programming(OOIP)were introduced,and a process control state machine was designed to design and develop programs based on controlled devices and algorithm functions.Based on this,the coal mine belt conveyor transportation system and drainage system were taken as examples to quickly build application programs.The results showed that the program system had good stability,accurate device fault location,high portability and scalability,and shortened the development cycle.System software modules can be encapsulated,inherited,and reused to better reflect software intellectual property rights.In response to the phenomenon of high processization and low standardization in the process control system of China’s coal mining industry,the design concept and advantages of this software system can be combined to explore and improve the current system.
