摘  要:煤矿生产条件极为复杂,采煤工作面布置时会因地质构造、老巷采空区、边界等诸多因素影响改变工作面的形状,当工作面不能按照设计布置时都会为后期开采及工作面安装造成较大问题。基于该原因以研究超前预留支架确保工作面开采过程中快速延长,避免出现在工作面开采过程中影响较大的是推进过程中频繁延长支架的目的。通过对15232工作面安装超前谋划,科学组织提前预留支架,为后期回采打下了便利的条件,同时摸索类似工作面超前预留支架的经验。经过现场实际效果检验解决了不规则采煤工作面在开采前超前处理支架延长的基础性工作,不论从安全管理、生产组织都有效地避免了隐患,提高了工效。因此,在实际生产过程中能够最大限度地减少工作面支架延长带来工作量是安全稳产切实可行的办法。The production conditions of coal mines are extremely complex.When arranging the coal mining working face,the shape of the working face may be affected by various factors such as geological structure,goaf of old tunnels,boundaries,etc.When the working face cannot be arranged according to the design,it will cause significant problems for later mining and installation of the working face.Based on this reason,the purpose of researching advanced reserved supports to ensure rapid extension during the mining process of the working face and avoid frequent extension of supports during the advancement process,which has a significant impact on the mining process of the working face.Through advanced planning for the installation of 15232 working face and scientific organization of reserved supports,convenient conditions have been laid for later mining,while exploring the experience of reserved supports in similar working faces.After on-site actual effect testing,the basic work of extending the support in advance before mining in irregular coal mining working faces has been solved,effectively avoiding hidden dangers and improving work efficiency in terms of safety management and production organization.Therefore,in the actual production process,it is a practical and feasible way to minimize the workload caused by the extension of the working face support.
