摘 要:为解决最小采高在1.1 m坚硬煤层采煤机装机功率小、可靠性差的难题。通过对采煤机总体机身结构、高功率密度摇臂及外置循环冷却系统、牵引系统和滚筒装载等关键技术的研究,开发出一款装机功率为1050 kW,适应1.1~1.4 m坚硬煤层开采的采煤机,可为薄煤层安全高效开采提供支撑。In order to solve the problems of low installed power and poor reliability of hard coal seam shearer with a minimum mining height of 1.1 m.The layout of the machine structure,the external circulating cooling system of the high power U-shape ranging arm and the traction system as well as drum loading were studied.An intelligent shearer with an installed power of 1050 kW,and suitable for mining of 1.1~1.4 m hard coal seam was developed.It can be provided for thin seam safety and high efficiency mining.
