摘 要:针对某发热量较大的电子设备需要在煤矿井下使用,设计出一种自然对流散热的隔爆外壳。该设计可使隔爆外壳内电子设备的热量通过热管迅速传导至肋片散热器基板上,再通过导热将热量传递至隔爆外壳外部的肋片上,肋片与其周围空气对流换热带走热量。利用icepak软件对肋片散热器在不同肋片间距时肋片间空气的温度分布情况进行了分析,优化了肋片散热器性能,并仿真验证了该设计的可行性。An explosion-proof shell with natural convection heat dissipation was designed for a certain electronic device with high heat generation that needs to be used underground in coal mines.It can quickly transfer the heat of electronic devices inside the explosion-proof shell to the finned radiator substrate through heat pipes,and then transfer the heat to the fins outside the explosion-proof shell through heat conduction.The fin and the surrounding air convection heat transfer heat.The temperature distribution of air between fins of a finned radiator was analyzed using icepak software at different fin spacing,and the performance of the finned radiator was optimized.The feasibility of the design was verified through simulation.
