摘　　要：In the first three quarters of 2023,relevant national departments focused on ensuring energy resource security,promoting high-quality economic development,and prudently advancing carbon peak and carbon neutrality.They adhered to problem-oriented and goal-oriented approaches,successively introduced or revised a series of industry policie s and reform suggestions,accelerated system reforms to adapt to market conditions,emphasized the role of energy investment in stimulating the economy,solidified the primary responsibility for energy conservation and carbon reduction,and improved the industry standard system to promote high-quality energy development.
